Home Care Assistance is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to join our dedicated team. We provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors who need help with daily living—and we’re proud to care for our caregivers, too.

🕒 Shifts Available

• Day Shift: Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8pm
• Night Shift: Monday–Sunday, 8pm–8am
• Live-In: Monday–Sunday

 Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, hygiene, grooming
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support

 Requirements

• Minimum 24 hours/week availability
• At least 1 weekend shift per month
• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience or equivalent training (CNA/MA)
• Ability to transfer up to 150 lbs with assistive devices
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Clean background and driving record
• Must pass a drug screen

 Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $15–$19/hour
• Live-In Pay: $205 per shift
• Bonuses: $175 performance bonus every pay period
• Weekend differential pay
• Referral Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per successful hire
