Home Care Assistance is seeking experienced, compassionate hospice caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care to hospice patients and their families. This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident supporting end-of-life care with professionalism, empathy, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and end-of-life care

• Assist with personal care (bathing, hygiene, grooming)

• Support comfort measures and dignity-focused care

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Assist with transferring and ambulation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hospice caregiving experience required

• Hospice experience will be verified prior to hire

• Minimum 24 hours/week availability

• Ability to transfer up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices

• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance

• Clean background and driving record

• Must pass a drug screen
