Hospice Caregiver / CNA
Home Care Assistance is seeking experienced, compassionate professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care to hospice patients and their families. This role is specifically designed for caregivers who are confident in supporting end-of-life care with high levels of professionalism, empathy, and clinical maturity.

Compensation and Financial Incentives
Base Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on verifiable experience).
Bi-Weekly Bonus: $175 attendance bonus every two weeks.
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

We offer consistent one-on-one assignments.
Shifts: Days, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comfort measures and dignity-focused care for hospice patients.
Assist with personal care including bathing, hygiene, and grooming.
Execute safe transfers and ambulation (up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices).
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Offer emotional support and companionship to both patients and their families.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional hospice or end-of-life caregiving experience (verifiable).
Availability: Minimum of 24 hours per week.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Compliance: Must pass a comprehensive background check, driving record review, and drug screen.
